Returns and Exchanges

Signature Decals Returns & Exchanges

First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! We will do everything in our power to make sure that you finish your transaction with Signature Decals feeling happy and satisfied. You are given 30 days to contact us regarding a return. Should that 30 day period have passed, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a resolution. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your decals, please review our policies below. Thanks!

Signature Decals will accept returns on most items, as long as the item is still usable for resale. We will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 5 business days of receipt of return. At this time, custom orders are final, and not eligible for return.

At this time, returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.

Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of original purchase date.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Signature Decals Representative. This can be done by reaching out to us through our Contact page.

Returns will only be granted to the original purchaser of the decals. If the decal was sent to another individual, the customer purchasing the decals must contact Signature Decals within 30 days.

Orders that are returned without previous SDR approval CANNOT be processed.

Once a return is validated, you have thirty (30) real days from the date of authorization, within which the product must be sent back to Signature Decals.

You Order Number must be clearly written on outside of the package being returned. Please also include a copy of the invoice in the return package and keep a copy for yourself, in case further verification is necessary.

All return shipping and costs must be paid for by the customer.

If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement decal.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method such as UPS or FedEx, to: Signature Decals, 34 North Front Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19106 "Attention: Return Department"

You may send your decals back via any shipping method you prefer, however Signature Decals cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit, and we encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx. For more information, review our Shipping Policy's.
